Goblin Gummies, last seen at the center of the Council's clickbait and mind-control scandals, are back with a new formula promising 50% more gnome brain juice per bite. They sold out nationwide within hours.
"I've waited months for this," said Grungle Brinejaw, a self-described Goblin Gummies addict. "The originals were already mind-blowing. With gnome brain juice, imagine the chaotic energy."
The new "Gnome Brain Boost" gummies reportedly blend gnome brain extract, fermented mushroom spores and a hint of pixie dust. Factory sources say the formula is guaranteed to deliver "a mind-altering experience," which, given the brand's history, is not reassuring.
"We knew they'd be popular," said Grublina, Goblin Gummies' new chief executive, who has a personal history with the core ingredient. "We didn't anticipate this frenzy."
She warns of delays. "We're exploring alternative sources of gnome brain juice, but ethically sourced ingredients are proving difficult."
Meanwhile, enthusiasts are paying black-market prices and are rumored to be forming raiding parties to infiltrate gnome villages for fresh supplies. The gnomes have stopped answering their doors.
