The Goblin Council of Elders held a fiery press conference on Wednesday to condemn Chef Gordon Ramsay for his abrupt departure from the Goblin Nation.
"What does a pasty-faced Brit know about real food?" sneered Elder Gnarltooth. "Our cuisine is a symphony of flavors, a testament to our resourcefulness. Clearly, Ramsay's delicate palate is not refined enough to appreciate the subtle nuances of fermented slug slime or the exquisite bouquet of roasted grub."
The Council accused Ramsay of cultural insensitivity and a blatant disregard for goblin tradition.
"He came here expecting Michelin stars and perfectly plated dishes," Glurp shouted from the public gallery, where he was not asked to speak. "Our food is not about presentation. It's about survival, community and the sheer joy of not knowing what you just ate."
The statement set off a wave of culinary nationalism on GoblinNet, where Ramsay was denounced as a "tasteless buffoon" in roughly forty thousand posts.
"We don't need some pompous human chef to tell us what good food is!" declared one popular goblin influencer, filmed eating a plate of snot slime surprise with visible effort. "Our cuisine is a reflection of our souls, and we'll be damned if we let some snooty foreigner insult it."
Ramsay has yet to respond. The antacid company has.
