The enigmatic founder of GoblinLife.org has declared that he will keep writing goblin news until the end of the universe, or until it stops being funny, whichever comes first.
In an exclusive interview with GNN, the shadowy figure known as Grungle Scribbler reaffirmed his commitment to chronicling the bizarre exploits of the Goblin Nation.
"Goblins are a never-ending source of amusement," Scribbler cackled. "Their antics, their foibles, their insatiable appetite for chaos and fermented mushroom juice. It's comedy gold."
Asked about the heat death of the universe, Scribbler shrugged. "I'll have to find a way to make that funny too."
GNN's analysts are divided on what this means. Some call him a visionary, the chronicler of the Goblin Nation's epic saga. Others suspect a bored goblin with too much time on his hands. Both camps agree that the second description does not rule out the first.
GNN is honored to be part of this historic endeavor and looks forward to bringing you goblin news for millennia to come, or until Scribbler gets distracted by a shiny object or a particularly potent batch of fermented mushroom juice. Our money is on the juice.
