Web designers are aghast and users are squinting: GoblinLife.org founder GG has reportedly abandoned the task of making the website responsive, calling it "too much work" and leaving the site in a state of utter disarray.
Sources close to GG say the founder, known for a love of chaos and a disdain for anything remotely organized, simply "doesn't wanna" deal with CSS and responsive layouts. The site will stay as it is: a jumbled mess of overlapping text, misaligned images and broken links.
The decision has not gone down well with the goblin community, which has taken to the GoblinNet forums to complain.
"This is a disgrace!" wrote one user, in a comment barely legible thanks to the site's wonky formatting. "I can't even read the articles without getting a headache. It's like trying to decipher a message written in fermented mushroom sauce."
Others have resorted to more drastic measures: magnifying glasses, two magnifying glasses at once, and in one case a summoned magnifying-glass golem.
Some have gone so far as to declare GoblinLife.org the first "physically handicapped" website, citing its inability to adapt to different screen sizes and devices.
The Goblin Council of Elders, while sympathetic, has declined to intervene. Elder Gnarltooth, a self-proclaimed tech Luddite, shrugged off the issue: "If you can't handle a little bit of chaos, maybe you shouldn't be browsing the internet in the first place."
Asked whether the site would ever get a makeover, GG reportedly turned their monitor sideways and said it looked fine from there.
